摘  要 Most gifted students played the role as a leader in groups. A good leader must also be a good follower. Thus‚ teachers should first build up their attitudes of respecting people and cooperating with people‚ then develop their leadership skills. The training activities in this article was obtained from Cooperating-Alternatives to competition in the home and Classroom by M. M. McElmarry. The author adapted them into activities which were suitable for a 15-person-group of gifted students from second grade to sixth grade. There were ten activities‚ from which students could experience true significance of cooperation. The objective of this article was to make gifted students know themselves more‚ be wiling to cooperate with people and respect others through these activities.
