摘 要 |
The musically talented class which attached to general secondary school was allowed thirty students to enroll as one class only per year. During the six years, they were taught general subjects and special musically talented education with other general class at the same secondary and high schools. Students of musically talented had been through strictly enrollment test and audition. The key person for taking the responsibility of music class education is "teacher".
He/ She have to be in charge for the teacher for three years on students' activities and counseling. Musical class teachers have had profession training. They are the people who familiar with students, specialized in the study of instruments and basic music theory, and arrange students to attend interscholastic or outer scholastic concerts and competitions. He/ She must have tireless and hardiness teacher characteristics. He/ She has to have those multi-role functions with students', such as friend, teacher and parents. He/ She needs to encourage students with high achievement to develop and create their ability; arouse student's potential who has underachievement and to help students eliminate the obstruction from themselves. Further, teachers have to encourage and urge students to pay attention on their studies, to achieve self-achievement in order to get higher education training chances. He/ She lead gifted youths to light up the fire of creativity in order to contribute for the country and society in the future.
