The author believed that providing preschool children with excellent environmental stimulations leads to a positive effect than let them obtain gifted education after entering elementary school. The author considered that the most ideal ways are: (1) Establish parent-to-be lecture programs in health centers or kindergartens‚ and encourage expecting couples to join it. (2) A half-paid leave of absence for women after giving birth babies to help them take care of children. (3) Children above the age of three could enter "school for talented children". |
