摘 要 |
According to present studies‚ the function of left hemisphere is mainly convergent thinking‚ while the function of right hemisphere is divergent thinking. In other words‚ the left hemisphere have great impact on abstract‚ analysis‚ numbers and languages‚ and it is also related to basic subjects at school; the right hemisphere have influences on esthetics‚ analogy‚ concrete‚ and space relations. The two hemispheres are dispensable in creating and performing things. The author considered that the studies of brain hemispheres inspire gifted education: (1) Students with higher creativity might tend use right hemisphere; (2) The two hemispheres are dispensable in creating‚ and gifted education should not be partial to either one; (3) the right hemisphere often functions when it is relaxed‚ so providing opportunities for students to associate and create is important. |
