The article employs the analysis from personal life process (hearing loss period? reason and level? communicate method and ability? psychological feature) and environment (family? school? working and social environment) those features of eleven successful eminent individuals with hearing impairment. The author also combines three case studies which about successful eminent individuals with hearing impairment. It integrates and concludes the factors lead eminent individuals with hearing impairment to success which includes the obstruction breakthrough? personal psychological feature? and support from family? enlightenment from teacher? praise and acceptance from people.
