| 摘 要 |
This paper illustrated the definition of mentorship and its application in different countries. Six models for mentorship were introduced‚ and in the third part of this paper‚ several points were drawn from the administration of these models. The conclusion pointed out the advantages of mentorship‚ which benefit the teachers as well as the students. Lastly‚ the author presented the effect of mentorship as applied in Taiwan. |
