摘  要 The article is based on "The Validity Theory" of Messick (1989) to discuss about the validity of identification procedure of gifted children in Taipei: 1. The gifted identification conveyed through the identification procedure (Content Validity). 2. The gifted index of gifted children identification (Evidence Validity)/ 3. The coordination of identification method and teaching model (System Validity). 4. The consequence influence which caused by the identification method (Consequence Validity)/ The identification method and standard of gifted teaching ideas and model within the procedure of gifted children in Taipei should be examined carefully.
