摘 要 |
Like common students‚ gifted students may suffer from emotional difficulties‚ which stem from at least three sources: 1. Emotion: most gifted students are in need of active development of self-concept to control their emotions. 2. Intelligence: the students need to be identified to bring their talents into full play. 3. Achievement: learning difficulties brought by high intelligence may lead to underachievement and the loss of self-esteem and confidence. This paper analyzed five kinds of gifted students in seven parts. The types of gifted students are: obedient‚ rebellious‚ self-abusive‚ hidden‚ self-abandoned and those with learning disabilities. |
