摘 要 |
Mozart has also been spoken of in many ways: as a genius‚ a prodigy‚ an expert‚ an individual who is talented‚ creative‚ intelligent‚ and gifted. The author draw on the case of Mozart for two further purposes:(1) to clarify the nature of the terminology that we use in talking about exceptional individuals; and (2) to introduce a particular perspective that he have brought to bear in the area of human talents or gifts. The author introduced a general framework for the consideration of what he shall term the giftedness matrix‚ and offered some provisional definitions. Accordingly‚ he carried out a developmental analysis. He examined four different points in the developmental trajectory of individuals‚ with special reference to the valued human capacities being treated here.
