This paper introduced the significance of evaluation as well as ways of training and improving evaluative ability. There were four parts in this paper: 1) definition and element of evaluation: four elements of evaluation as evaluator‚ evaluated personnel‚ specific information‚ and evaluation. 2) four ways of defining specific information: purpose and standard of defined evaluation‚ long-term and short-term purposes‚ avoidance standard of mid-course change‚ and quantified standard as possible. 3) definition of evaluated subject‚ and 4) ways of evaluation. |
