This article was part of an evaluation report on the senior high mathematically and scientifically talented education in Taiwan‚ which was practiced from the end of November 1993 to the middle of January 1994‚ entrusted to Special Education Center‚ National Taiwan Normal University by Taiwan Ministry of Education. This article firstly explained the methods of evaluation‚ introduced the general status of mathematically and scientifically talented classes‚ such as students numbers‚ teachers‚ and teaching hours. Advantages and improvement directions were listed for evaluation results. This article concluded with suggestions for educational administration‚ academic and social affiliation‚ and senior high schools. |
