Considering "playing" is the activity children favor‚ how to teach the gifted through playing is one key point that teachers of gifted classes need to pay attention to. This paper discussed teaching the gifted through playing; how to simulating the gifted to develop potentials though playing and how to interact and cooperate effectively with peers are main concerns. Goal of this teaching through playing was to educate the gifted to not only have good health and vigorous mentality but also cooperate actively with others. Activities of this teaching through playing included linguistics‚ performance‚ puzzles‚ chess-like game‚ mathematics‚ bingo games‚ and physical competition. |
