In the past year or so there have been numerous females visible in working environment. But most of them suffered from the gender discrimination and limitation of potential fulfillment‚ especially in career choice and development. This paper intended to analyze the barriers of career development for gifted females and conclude with the following three suggestions: examination of barriers of career development for gifted female‚ enlargement of working fields for gifted female‚ and assistance to gifted female in playing various roles simultaneously. |
