| 摘 要 |
This article is the reflection of the author after participating in a three-month gifted education workshop. She not only learned practical knowledge‚ but also made many friends in the workshop. Besides‚ influenced by the past hard work of professors and the diligence of classmates‚ she felt the need to make more efforts and found a renewing power in the workshop. However‚ she also pointed out several shortcomings of the workshop‚ including : 1) improper organization of courses‚ 2) repetition in content resulting from the adoption of team teaching‚ 3) improper class grouping which causes disparity in background knowledge‚ and 4) problems of student adaptiveness. Despite the above-mentioned shortcomings‚ the author still considered herself well-repaid in attending the workshop. |
