The article is a note on a panel discussion hosted by Special Education Center of NTNU on "gifted education" with Wei-Ze Yang and Bo-Yin Yang as speakers. During the discussion‚ Bo-Yin Yang talks about his schooling in Taiwan and two years pursuing a doctoral degree in the States; about his living and learning during those periods. He also offers opinions and suggestions to current gifted education in Taiwan‚ including group education for the gifted‚ opportunities to receive broad information‚ and allowing liberated development. |
