| 摘 要 |
The paper probes into the environmental factors such as family‚ learning‚ workplace and social setting‚ which may either facilitate or abrupt the development of creativity. The author then seek to find out the environmental condition suitable for the inspiration of creativity. Environmental factors influencing creativity are: 1) family environment‚ including order of birth‚ socioeconomic conditions‚ parents characteristics‚ child-rearing attitudes and home climate; 2) learning environment‚ including peer influence‚ teacher characteristics‚ teaching styles and openness; 3) workplace environment‚ including work type‚ organizational climate and system; 4) social environment. Developing an ideal environment for the inspiration of creativity starts from creating suitable psychological and physical environment. Hopefully as the spiritual civilization of our society gradually gains modernity and variety‚ creativity could be sparked everywhere and bring about progress to the country. |
