摘 要 |
All music performers have experienced anxiety and stage fright. The author illustrates the approaches for overcoming mental and emotional stress as follows: 1) Anxiety for performance and its treatment-since there are multiple symptoms‚ mixed treatments are most suitable. 2) Physiological problems and treatment-muscle relaxation‚ self-control‚ autohypnosis and special equipments could be used to deal with such problems. For weaker performers‚ medicine may not be appropriate. 3) Cognition problems-through discussion‚ teaching or counseling‚ one could figure out the irrational anxiety factors. Strategies such as debating performance value with oneself could also be employed. 4) Behavior problems-confidence training is widely used to ease anxiety‚ and frequent performing also helps to achieve that goal. However‚ behavioral treatments could yet to be proven effective through actual experiments. |
