摘 要 |
This paper discusses the weaknesses and strengths of three class scheduling approaches for gifted classes. There are three common problems for scheduling. First of all‚ most schools tend to focus more on required classes‚ and leave after-school sessions for gifted classes. Second‚ it is hard to find appropriate time for teaching. Third‚ the paper covers the pros and cons of full-time and part-time teachers. In the seminar‚ participants were grouped into administrative groups‚ math and science and language groups. The topic covers 1) the fully operation of faculty for the gifted class; 2) class scheduling and 3) course design. The resource classroom should not be a display window. Therefore‚ the discussion aims to bring out the potential of every children into full play. |
