| 摘 要 |
This paper illustrates the definition and importance of leadership ability and the characteristics of people with such talents. Further‚ the paper proposes the important trainings in leadership programs and twelve special leadership skills. The author points to "appreciation for others" and "provide assistance for others" as two important points for the development of leadership skills. Leadership programs emphasizes that a team could operate well even without a leader. Finally‚ the simulation game "Rainbow" is illustrated along with its design‚ teaching models‚ dimensions and reference from the 1990 leadership training program.
