The author of this article teaches the experimental class of math and science at the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University. This article is the reflection of the two-year teaching. The special thing about this class is that most of the students have simple backgrounds‚ but there are huge gaps in terms of academic achievements. There are outstanding students as well as underachievers. "Natural selection"‚ therefore‚ is the way to sort out the problem. Also‚ the class has a highly competitive and united spirit; each student has huge potentials waiting to be explored. |
