| 摘 要 |
This paper reviewed the current gifted education in Taiwan‚ and based on the spirit of inclusive setting‚ proposed the talent development (TD)model to help develop the potential of gifted students. This paper talked about the predicament of our existing gifted education and the possibility of combining inclusive setting with gifted programs. It also pointed out that to implement the TD model‚ schools need to carefully map out their curricula‚ classes‚ teacher trainings‚ support system and community resources. By applying related theories‚ this paper proposed feasible approaches in the hope to benefit gifted students. |
