This article‚ retraced the 30-year development of gifted education in Taipei City‚ proposed the future perspective. Since the first stage of 6-year gifted education experimental study was implemented by Ministry of Education in the year of 1974‚ gifted and talented education in Taiwan has put into practice for 30 years. But what was the progress of gifted education in Taipei? This article‚ therefore‚ from the view of Taipei gifted resource center‚ examined the history‚ evolution and questions raised; finally‚ suggested the future aspects.
