It is noteworthy of the status of Asia-Pacific area in the globalization and especially‚ the introduction of Asia-Pacific gifted and talented education to the world and gain benefits from globalization. Through the medium of network platform‚ Asia-Pacific Digital Resource Center for Gifted and Talented Education was proposed‚ serving as a linkage for all Asia-Pacific countries or regions to share their experiences in gifted and talented education‚ and also‚ to connect the Asia-Pacific education to the entire world anytime and anywhere.
