摘 要 |
The main purpose of this article is to introduce the DISCOVER curriculum design and teaching methods of an enrichment program for preschool gifted children‚ established by Special Education Center‚ National Taiwan Normal University. The DISCOVER curriculum emphasizes on developing multiple intelligences and promoting problem-solving ability of these children. The main themes of the DISCOVER Curriculum are relationship‚ pattern‚ change‚ individuality‚ cycles‚ and environment. The author first introduce the DISCOVER curriculum model and the principles this model was based on. She then depicts some samples of curriculum design and the related assessment.
