摘 要 |
Independent study teaching has been a main curriculum in gifted education. As our societies are becoming diversed‚ and technologies more advanced‚ problem-solving skills‚ and the abilities to conduct independent study and to communicate are playing more important roles in the modern societies. As a result‚ the status of independent study teaching is hence elevated. The focus of this article are‚ first‚ to explore the meaning and significance of independent study. Second‚ to make explicit about the basic principle of independent study modeling‚ techniques learning‚ and the implementation process of the study. Finally‚ this article offers guidelines for assessing and procedures for scoring independent study. Key words: independent study; teaching; assessment. |
