| 摘 要 |
In this article the author expressed his half-year experience of being a gifted education teacher in elementary school. (1) Teaching and learning should be strongly correlated to each other: students should preview the materials first and then teachers guide them to discuss in class as a role of a communicator. (2) Accommodate individual differences: teachers adopt the self-learning and guidance model‚ that is‚ to divide a unit into several "strongholds"‚ and students could move on to the next material only when they "attack" and "occupy" each strongholds. (3) Emphasize the education of "mind-behavior coherence": teachers should put emphasis on cultivating both their brains and hands. (4) Improve teacher-parent communication: teachers need to unify their guiding methods. (5) Learning evaluation: developing a whole set of learning evaluation method to meet with individualized teaching is the most important thing. |
