| 摘 要 |
The author was a teacher of gifted class in Tainan Jung-Fu elementary school and this was his reflection on his teaching conditions. On teaching aspect‚ he adopted inspiring and self learning methods in his instruction. Moreover‚ he set up a teaching discussion group and he placed emphasis on expanding the depth and breath of materials. On instructional facilities‚ he added experiment observation tables‚ extracurricular readings‚ and audiovisual facilities. He also brought up some suggestions: (1) Educational system must be more flexible. (2) A complete instructional data system must be established. (3) A flawless selection system. (4) Provide further education for gifted education teachers. (5) Provide summer study activities and camps for gifted students. |
