It could be a loss in human resource as well as bringing problems to the society when gifted students with low achievements do not attain proper guidance. The author considered that guiding strategies should be an integrated plan‚ which included educational assessment‚ compensatory instruction‚ and outcome evaluation throughout family and school. Some courses were designed without the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude; therefore some gifted students with low achievements did not attain proper guidance. This issue should be paid more attention by professionals in the field. |
